Which products can be returned or exchanged?

What can you change it for?
-> For another size or another product for the same value.
When can the products be returned or exchanged?
-> Within 14 days. You log into our return-site and get the needed information to send the products back to our address.

How do the products need to arrive to our address?
-> The products need to arrive new and with no damage, without any signs of wearing in the original packaging.
Is the shipping free?
-> The shipping is free for Germany and Austria. All other countries take over the payment of the return.
->If you want to return the item you need to pay a restocking fee (10 €).
To return or exchange the products properly, please follow the next few steps:
1. Log into our return-site with your e-mail address and the order-number.
2. Choose the items you want to return or exchange.
3. Print the shipment information that you get.
4. Send all products in the original packaging and without any signs of damage to our address.
How long does it take to get the new product or the money back?
-> It takes approximately 10 days, to get the new product (if you chose to change the size).
-> After we receive the items, it takes 14 days to get the money back at your paypall account (-10€ restock fee).
-> You will receive an online shop voucher within 24h if you chose this option instead of a return or exchange.
